Asia Coffee Music Festival (“the Festival”)

Produced by Y9 Studio Limited (“the Organizer”).

1. General Use of the Website

Accessing this website https://www.asiacoffeemusicfestival.com/ (“the Website”) signifies your unconditional acceptance of the applicable statutory provisions and the following terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not browse or use any part of the Website. The Website is owned and maintained by Y9 Studio Limited.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify the content of the Website at any time without prior notice and shall not be liable for any consequences arising from such modifications. The Organizer also reserves the right to interrupt or suspend all or part of the Website’s functions at any time without prior notice.

The Organizer may amend and update these Terms of Use at any time by publishing the revised terms on the Website without prior notice. Your continued use of the Website constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.

In the event of discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

1.1 Information on the Website

1.1.1. The information provided on the Website is for reference only.

1.1.2. The Organizer strives to ensure that the information is as up‑to‑date and accurate as possible. However, the Organizer does not guarantee the accuracy, detail, timeliness, or completeness of such information.

1.1.3. The Organizer shall not be liable for any damage arising from inaccuracies or lack of precision in the information provided on the Website; any damage to computer equipment, tablets, or mobile phones resulting from browsing the Website; or any harm caused by third‑party fraudulent intrusion into the Website.

1.1.4. The Organizer shall not be liable if the Website is interrupted or malfunctions for any reason.

1.1.5. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any claims arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

1.2 Hyperlinks to Other Websites

1.2.1. To enhance user experience, the Website contains multiple hyperlinks to external third‑party websites.

1.2.2. If you click any such links, please note that those websites have their own practices and policies. We recommend that you read their privacy policies or statements to understand your rights.

1.2.3. We accept no responsibility or liability for the practices of third‑party websites.

1.3 Intellectual Property

1.3.1. Except for social content included in the public social media section, all components on the Website (including but not limited to images, graphics, text, logos, and trademarks) are the intellectual property of the Organizer. Reproduction of any part of such content without prior written consent from the Organizer is unlawful.

1.3.2. Social content on the Website, including images, text, and comments, is curated from publicly accessible social media pages. While due diligence has been exercised in curating and reviewing such content, the Organizer shall not be liable for any harm or damage arising from such social content.

1.3.3. If you are the author or owner of any social content and do not wish your content to be displayed on the Website or used for promotional purposes, you may contact info@asiacoffeemusicfestival.com.

2. General Event Terms and Conditions

2.1. Ticket issuance and admission to the Asia Coffee Music Festival (“the Festival”) are subject to these Terms and Conditions, which are listed on https://www.asiacoffeemusicfestival.com/ and at the Festival entrance.

2.2. Each ticket admits one person for a single entry during the operating hours listed on the Website.

2.3. Each ticket holder may bring one child under the age of 12 free of charge. Proof of identity/age must be presented upon entry.

2.4. There are no senior or disability tickets for this event.

2.5. Tickets are non‑transferable, non‑exchangeable, non‑refundable, and valid only on the date specified.

2.6. Only electronic tickets are available.

2.7. The Organizer may, due to weather, safety, maintenance, or any other reason, change the Festival or venue operating hours, or temporarily close the venue or any part of it without prior notice. No refunds or compensation will be provided.

2.8. Guests may be required to present personal identification to verify that they are the authorized credit card holder used for online purchases.

2.9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at the Festival:

2.9.1. Consumption of food or beverages purchased outside the Festival;

2.9.2. Selling goods or services without prior approval;

2.9.3. Commercial photography or videography without prior approval;

2.9.4. Distribution of printed or recorded materials;

2.9.5. Unauthorized activities, demonstrations, speeches, or use of flags, banners, or signs, and other unauthorized public gatherings;

2.9.6. Playing with or operating remote‑controlled flying devices;

2.9.7. Engaging in unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive behavior that may interfere with the Festival or related facilities.

2.10 Obligations of All Participants

All participants must:

2.10.1. Follow the Organizer’s arrangements for the event;

2.10.2. Comply with all Hong Kong laws, including but not limited to the National Flag and National Emblem Ordinance (Cap. A401), the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Safeguarding National Security in the HKSAR (“Hong Kong National Security Law”), and other relevant national security laws;

2.10.3. Ensure they do not engage in any act that may constitute or lead to an offence under the Hong Kong National Security Law or other Hong Kong laws, or any act detrimental to national security interests.

2.11 Removal from Venue

The Organizer reserves the right to require any participant to leave the venue for any reasonable cause and may take appropriate action to enforce this right. For example, the Organizer may require the removal of participants who:

2.11.1. Engage in disorderly conduct or behavior that disturbs others (e.g., possession of prohibited items or engaging in prohibited activities);

2.11.2. Use threatening, abusive, or insulting language or behavior, provoke others, or act in a manner that may disrupt public order;

2.11.3. Are reasonably believed to be under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol;

2.11.4. Are reasonably believed to have violated any notice issued by the Organizer, the Hong Kong National Security Law, or other applicable Hong Kong laws.

2.12 Compliance with Laws and Authorities

Participants are prohibited from committing or attempting to commit any offence under Hong Kong laws or the Hong Kong National Security Law. Their conduct must not endanger national security. Participants must comply with all lawful instructions from the Organizer’s staff and relevant authorities, including the Hong Kong Police Force, the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, and venue management. If asked to leave by event supervisors or security personnel, participants must leave immediately.

2.13 Pets

Pets are allowed at the event; however, except in designated pet activity zones, all pets must remain inside pet strollers or pet carriers at all times.

2.14 Compliance with Staff Instructions

Guests agree to comply with all notices and instructions issued by staff to ensure safety and order.

2.15 Photography and Surveillance

The Organizer or authorized parties may conduct photography, filming, and/or other surveillance within the venue, which may include guests. The Festival and its partners reserve the right to use such materials permanently in any promotional, advertising, or publicity materials.

2.16 Liability

Except as required by law, we shall not be liable for any accidents, losses, or personal injuries, nor for any damage, loss, or injury arising from any other cause.

2.17 Disputes

In case of any dispute, the Organizer reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the dispute and all ticket‑related matters.

2.18 Amendments

The Organizer may amend and update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice by publishing the revised terms on https://www.asiacoffeemusicfestival.com/.

2.19 Language

If there is any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

2.20 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

3. Ticket Terms and Conditions

3.1 Ticket Prices

3.1.1. Tickets can only be purchased online.

 

3.1.2. The latest online ticket prices can be found on the Festival ticketing page.

3.1.3. The latest on‑site ticket prices can be found at the ticket booth at the Festival main entrance.

3.2 Refunds and Exchanges

 

No ticket refunds or exchanges will be provided except in the case of event cancellation, or as required by applicable laws in the ticket‑purchasing region, or at the Organizer’s discretion. Service fees are non‑refundable.

 

3.3 Personal Information Collection Statement

 

Personal data collected during ticket purchase or issuance may be used for processing requests or enquiries, fulfilling commercial transaction terms, sending administrative information, internal business and administrative purposes, research and statistical purposes, or other directly related purposes, or for legal, safety, or security purposes. Required personal data must be provided; failure to do so may result in our inability to provide the requested products or services. Personal data may be transferred to third parties involved in achieving the above purposes or to other parties as required by law.
